Summary

The role of the IT Analyst + UX Designer is to support the creation of a data product marketplace, facilitating the discovery, access, and governance of data products. This position is crucial for ensuring user-centric design and effective product delivery.

Main

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Conduct UX reviews and enhance the overall user experience of the marketplace.
  • Collaborate daily with software developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation.
  • Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Key

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
  • Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with UX design and prototyping in Figma.
  • Strong ability to write functional requirements and user stories.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products.
  • Familiarity with data mesh architecture.
  • Background in both UX design and IT analysis within a single role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
