UX Researcher

We are looking for a dedicated UX Research professional with a deep understanding of research methodologies, user psychology, and data-driven design influence. This position plays a key role in ensuring that end-user insights drive the design and development of secure and accessible cybersecurity solutions used by thousands of employees worldwide.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding user problems, championing accessibility, and conducting in-depth research to influence design and product decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create seamless, accessible, and engaging experiences for enterprise users worldwide—helping make complex cybersecurity processes intuitive.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Researcher (end-to-end research projects).
• Strong expertise in qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, usability testing).
• Experience with quantitative methods (surveys, analytics, large-scale data synthesis) is a plus.
• Ability to independently plan and manage the full research lifecycle — from scoping, planning, and recruitment to reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in synthesizing findings into actionable insights and presenting them to multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven contribution of research findings to strategic product decisions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills — able to tell compelling stories with data.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum setups and working within cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Previous experience conducting research in complex, technical, or cybersecurity domains.
• Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD or other design tools (for collaboration, not design execution).
• Foundational knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design approaches.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS or React frameworks to better collaborate with development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in UX, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or related discipline.
