Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the Technical Lead for engineering activities in service commitments. Working closely with project management, SW & HW designers and service team, you will ensure that our automation solutions are thoroughly designed, tested, commissioned, and performing according to customer requirements in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Contribute to the design, configuration, and verification of advanced automation and control systems.
  • Perform functional testing and validation activities in a simulated test environment before deployment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning and start-up activities at customer sites to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to identify technical solutions and address project requirements.
  • Ensure delivery quality by adhering to contractual commitments, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve technical challenges throughout the engineering, testing, and commissioning phases.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned and best practices across projects.

The role includes some international travel and offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a global and highly collaborative environment.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, and system architectures.
  • Interest in industrial automation, control systems, and complex technical solutions.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as part of the role.
  • Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with drives, motion control systems, or commissioning activities is beneficial.
