As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing day-to-day Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead day-to-day IFM operations, conducting regular site walk-throughs to maintain exceptional service, cleanliness, and safety standards across all office areas.
- Oversee vendor services, including cleaning, security, and utilities, while supporting vendor selection and performance reviews in line with KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage facility systems and financial workflows, including raising shopping carts in SAP, managing work orders in JLL Corrigo, and tracking monthly expenses against budgets.
- Implement and manage the Preventive Maintenance Program to ensure statutory, risk, and audit compliance in accordance with company and client policies.
- Provide 24/7 emergency response support, maintaining clear escalation protocols and incident reporting procedures for the site.
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, vendors, and internal JLL teams to support workplace readiness and facilitate seamless onboarding experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS policies and statutory regulations, conducting regular inspections, coordinating safety programs, and managing site-specific EHS inductions.
- Lead, coach, and develop the onsite facilities team, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused environment because we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
Requiredqualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Property / Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Facilities Management / IFM experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven experience independently managing site operations and day-to-day facilities requirements.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-up / task tracking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly structured and detail-oriented client environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- Strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and responsiveness to client requirements.
Preferred
qualifications
- Prior experience operating within the Singapore commercial real estate and facilities management market.
- Practical, hands-on experience using SAP for procurement and JLL Corrigo for work order management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to both clients and internal partners.
- A collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach, aligning with JLL's culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe.
