- Bachelor degree in culinary or hospitality management
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Thai cuisine and at least 5 years in kitchen management position
- Able to communicate well in Thai and English. Able to work with a team of Thai chefs effectively
- Ability to prepare variety of Thai dishes including but not limited to curry, stir-fried, relish, soup, appetizers and desserts
