Customer Service Officer (East Side of Singapore- Pasir Ris/Loyang)

WE'RE HIRING for our client — Customer Service Associate - FMCG

Location at Pasir Ris/Loyang Area

Confidential employer · 5-day week (Mon–Fri)

FREE transport provided for candidates staying in the NORTH- Bishan!

Your day-to-day:

- Handle customer phone enquiries & process orders (hotline, email, sales orders)

- Liaise with the Warehouse Team on special deliveries

- Maintain inventory transaction records

- Provide admin support (filing, document retrieval)

- Assist with annual stock-take

Who we're looking for:

- O-Level / Diploma (any field) — entry-level welcome, training provided

- Customer service experience in FMCG is a plus

- SAP knowledge is a plus

- Computer literate, positive attitude, team player, fast learner
