Executive, Customer Service (3 months contract)

This is a 3 month contract role, immediate starters are preferred.

Working location: Kewalram House (Bukit Merah/Alexandra)

Working days: Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday: 8.00am - 12.00pm

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolution.

Order& Account Management

• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in the system.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

Issue Resolution

• Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been successfully resolved.

Customer Experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to achieving service-level targets.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

Education& Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Skills& Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or customer management systems is an added advantage
