Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare hardware and software products
- Identify and evaluate new healthcare technology products and solutions
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and product assessments
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into product requirements
- Manage product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots and technical evaluations
- Work with engineering and solution teams on product integration and customization
- Manage relationships with healthcare technology vendors, manufacturers and software providers
- Support commercial negotiations covering pricing, licensing and partnership agreements
- Develop product roadmaps, business cases and product evaluation reports
- Support product launch, go-to-market and commercialization activities
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends
- Identify new healthcare technology and partnership opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Technology or related disciplines
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Mandatory experience in the healthcare industry, with exposure to healthcare technology products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology, MedTech, HealthTech or digital health solutions
- Experience managing product lifecycle from evaluation and POC through to commercialization
- Experience working with healthcare customers, technology vendors and strategic partners
- Strong understanding of product evaluation, technical requirements and commercial viability
- Experience in vendor management, partnership development and commercial negotiations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong ability to understand both technical and business requirements
- Must willing to travel oversea regularly for business meeting
