Job Scope

• Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate across departments.
• Ensure service quality, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor operating costs, departmental performance and service standards.
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years hotel operations experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Good understanding of front office, housekeeping and hotel service operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
