HR Recruiter- Inhouse

Location: Central

Salary: SGD 3.5K to 4.5K

1 year contract role

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for bank operations positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Manage interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Support candidates through offer and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Good understanding of banking operations and related roles.
• Strong communication, coordination and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
