HR & Recruitment Support

3- Months Contract

Working Arrrangement: Monday to Friday , 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Working hours: 8 hours per with 1-hour lunch break

Hourly rate: $15-$16

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and orgainsed HR & Recruitment Support to support our cleaning /cook manpower supply operations.

This position will primarily support recruitment, candidate follow-up and onboarding support during the year-end peak period.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Focus on recruitment and manpower sourcing.
  • Contact and follow up with previous workers from our existing database to identify suitable candidates for available assignments.
  • Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Clearly explain job scope, requirements, working arrangements, salary structure and deployment expectations to candidates.
  • Follow up closely with shortlisted candidates and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Manage P-File collection and onboarding documents for successful candidates.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents and update candidate status until they are fully ready for deployment.
  • Maintain updated candidate status, for example: Interviewed → Medical / Documents → Trial / OJT → Ready for Deployment → Started.
  • Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required.
  • Provide general HR administrative support when needed.
  • Support recruitment initiatives to grow and maintain an active pool of workers for current and future manpower requirements.

The main objective of this role isto improve recruitment response time, maintain a ready pool of suitable workers, and ensure candidates are properly screened, documented and prepared for deployment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, administration or a similar role preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable conducting candidate interviews independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling employee documentation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in recruitment or staffing operations will be an advantage.
  • Able to maintain recruitment records, update candidate status and prepare regular recruitment reports for management review.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic HR administrative work will be an advantage.

Contract & Career Opportunity

This is a 3-month contract position.

Candidates who perform well be considered for a longer-term or permanent position, based subject to business needs and performance.
