Job Description
- Lead and support the full spectrum of HR, office administration, and corporate affairs functions for Singapore and overseas operations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, training, HR records, work passes, and statutory HR matters.
- Oversee daily office operations, administrative processes, staff expenses, accounts payable/receivable, company facilities, events, and workplace safety and health matters.
- Manage corporate affairs, including audits, corporate compliance, Board matters, government-related matters, banking administration, and internal controls.
- Support J-SOX and governance requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Provide HR, administrative, and operational support to overseas offices and coordinate with regional stakeholders on relevant matters.
- Maintain HR systems, company intranet, administrative records, and corporate service arrangements.
- Support management and cross-functional projects, including ad-hoc assignments and company initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, corporate affairs, office management, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, administration, corporate compliance, and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across functions and locations.
- Experience in trading, or energy-related business will be an advantage.
