IT Sales Manager / Immediate / Basic + Comm / SI

Job Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through both customer acquisition and retention, while maximizing profitability in alignment with defined targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as networking, cold calling, marketing initiatives, and other lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to successful closure while staying informed on market trends and conditions
• Craft compelling proposals and sales pitches to effectively engage potential clients.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools to streamline the sales process and manage client information.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and keep abreast of developments, trends, and challenges within the industry.
• Apply a consultative sales approach and work in collaboration with marketing to attract, qualify, and nurture leads.

Requirements

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT sales, preferably within systems integration or enterprise IT solutions.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and systems integration is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) and order management systems to manage client pipelines and sales processes effectively.
