We’re looking for someone with personality to become the face and voice of a beloved Singaporean brand as it finds its modern voice on camera.

The Role

This is a new, exploratory role, and you’ll help shape it.

Your main job is to host livestreams that build awareness of our products and turn viewers into customers. Your second job is to create social media content that does the same. You’ll learn on the job, test formats, and discover what works for Fei Fah, with coaching and training along the way.

You don’t need to be an influencer or have years of experience. We care about confidence on camera, natural charisma, and a hunger to learn. Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Livestreaming (primary focus)

• Host livestream selling sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram and Facebook

• Present our wellness products clearly, engagingly and accurately

• Engage viewers in real time, answer questions and encourage purchases through vouchers, bundles and flash deals

• Prepare product line-ups, talking points and run-sheets before each session

• Support livestream themes and schedules aligned with mega-sale events (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)

• Review session results with the team and apply feedback to improve each session

• Coordinate with colleagues so stock, pricing, promotions and equipment are ready before going live

Social Media Content (secondary focus)

• Create short-form videos, Reels and other content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Rednote that build awareness and drive sales

• Appear as on-screen talent in brand content, both scripted and unscripted

• Turn livestream moments into reusable clips and content

• Use AI tools wherever they help you ideate, produce and edit faster

• Work with our designer and content team, giving clear briefs and taking feedback well

Compliance

• Ensure everything you say and show, on live and in content, complies with platform policies and applicable local health product regulations (we’ll train you on what you can and can’t claim)

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident, expressive and comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods

• Quick on your feet, able to respond naturally to live comments

• Genuine interest in wellness, sleep, health or consumer products

• Good sense of what makes social content engaging, and curious about trends and AI tools

• Organised, punctual and able to work independently

• Open to feedback and eager to learn quickly

• Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome. 0-2 years of experience in livestreaming, hosting, retail or direct sales, content creation or social media is an advantage but not compulsory

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
