Job description
- 11pm-7am have to stay back inspection till 9am
- Everyday staff work arrangement
- Everyday following stewarding manager
- Maintain attendance and staff safety documents.
- Moring walkthrough with our manager (cleaning and checking)
- Handle all kitchen equipments
- Providing proper guidence to freshers regarding Kitchen cleaning
- Handling Hi-Jet and Scrubbing machine
