Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Advisor in managing and building relationships with HNW clients
• Follow up with existing clients and potential clients on enquiries and appointments.
• Assist the FA in arranging client meetings and preparing documents/presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and events.
• Assist with insurance applications, policy documentation and after-sales servicing.
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams on client requests and applications.
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads.
• Support client events and other business development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Advisor.
