Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and managing construction projects.
• Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor work schedules, manpower, materials and site progress.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and coordination meetings.
• Prepare site reports, method statements and other project documentation.
• Assist with technical issues, defects rectification and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and applicable Singapore regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on construction sites in Singapore.
• 2-3years related works in Singapore.

Monthly Salary Range (SGD) $2,500 – 3,500 (depends on work experience)
