Job Summary

Support the Sales Team by coordinating sales and purchase orders, liaising with customers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery in an entry-level sales coordinator role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to facilitate daily sales operations
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve order-related inquiries and issues
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to deliver excellent customer service
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer orders
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and records for audit and reference purposes
• Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requirements to ensure completion
• Assist the Finance Team by following up on customer payments when required
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with existing customers to support retention

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office to support documentation and communication tasks
• Good written and spoken English to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks accurately
• Willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset to enhance customer satisfaction
