Sales Manager (IT / Cloud Storage) - VTTO

Our client is a leading business technology distribution industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Development Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing business expansion and channel development initiatives. They are located in Central – easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across assigned technology solutions by developing and managing relationships with resellers, channel partners and vendors.
• Develop and execute channel strategies, account plans and sales initiatives to build a sustainable sales pipeline and achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Work closely with channel partners and internal technical teams to identify opportunities, support solution proposals, pricing strategies and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners on go-to-market activities, project opportunities, account development and sales programmes.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline development and business opportunities while providing regular forecasts and management updates.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant sales/business development experience in technology or distribution.
• Proven experience selling storage solutions, particularly cloud storage and cloud data management solutions. (Main: EverPure - Cloud Storage, Side: Rubrik - cloud data management)
• Strong understanding of channel sales, account development, pipeline management and business development.
• Experience in solution selling, commercial negotiations, tenders/proposals and achieving sales targets.
