Sales Support Coordinator (East Region / 5 Days) - LL

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless processing of air and sea freight enquiries, maintaining excellent customer relations, and driving our revenue goals forward. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in customer service or logistics who are eager to develop a career in sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Quotation Management: Manage day-to-day air freight and sea freight sales quotation enquiries efficiently via phone and email.
• Sales Coordination: Prepare accurate quotations and conduct close follow-ups on all relevant sales matters to ensure successful conversions.
• Reporting & Administration: Compile and manage weekly and monthly sales data and performance reports.
• Financial Processing: Process debit and credit notes accurately to facilitate smooth and timely payment cycles.
• Customer & Global Communication: Provide highly supportive communication to customers and coordinate seamlessly with international colleagues worldwide.
• Performance Targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
• Business Development: Collaborate closely with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Customer Service Excellence: Apply excellent oral communication skills and best-practice customer service approaches during all consumer interactions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics is a plus.
