From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

Why Join

The Social & Content team drives OCBC's content, social media and digital publishing initiatives, helping the organisation engage audiences through effective, compliant and impactful digital experiences.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering content across OCBC's owned and social channels. You build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain high editorial standards and continuously identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness, efficiency and reach.

What you do

  • Lead content planning and social media management across assigned channels, ensuring effective publishing, governance and operational excellence.
  • Deliver content initiatives from concept through execution, including content calendars, campaign ideation and multi-channel publishing.
  • Partner agencies, content creators and stakeholders to produce engaging content across all content formats.
  • Support audience growth, community engagement, publisher and influencer partnerships, and reputation-management initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging content technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve content effectiveness, efficiency and scale.

Who you work with

Group Brand & Communications. You’ll make sure messages are delivered cleanly, consistently and impactfully wherever you join us: Media Relations, Social & Content, Customer Advocacy & Divisional Compliance, Editorial & Systems or Social Responsibility & Sustainability. Our audience is diverse and dynamic. Just like the team you join.

  • Marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Technology, risk, compliance, governance and support functions.
  • External agencies, platform partners and publishers.

Who you are

  • Degree or Diploma holder with at least 5 years' experience in social media, content production, communications, digital marketing or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience developing and executing content programmes across social, digital or owned channels.
  • Hands-on experience creating or managing content across multiple formats, including video, photography, digital or AI-assisted content.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, content performance measurement and audience engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, writing and storytelling capabilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, content optimisation, analytics or audience-insights tools.
  • Exposure to influencer, publisher or creator partnerships, content innovation and emerging technologies, including Generative AI.
  • Experience within financial services, media, publishing or another regulated industry will be advantageous.

What we offer
