Job description
Salary: $2,600 per month
RecruitFirst Hiring! You will be outsourced/ deployed to:
📍Location: Central (Raffles)
💰Pay: $2600/month
📅Duration: 1st November till 31st March
⏰Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software and system-related issues.
- Configure, set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot software, applications and basic network connectivity.
- Assist users with system and application usage, including providing basic guidance and training.
- Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT configurations.
- Log, track and follow up on IT support requests, escalating complex issues when required.
- Perform basic IT maintenance and assist with inventory and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec in IT or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
