Media Technical Support (Ang Mo KIo)

Job Duties

• Provide AV, audio, lighting, photography and videography support for school events and activities.
• Assist with video creation and editing.
• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain AV and ICT equipment, including projectors, laptops, iPads and sound systems.
• Support AV operations during school examinations.
• Train and guide students and staff in AV equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage equipment loans, inventory records, maintenance logs and repair arrangements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the ICT team or school management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in AV/media equipment management, maintenance and inventory control preferred.
• School working experience is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including setting up and moving equipment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to work well with the ICT team and guide students in AV/media activities.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Dec 2026 to 31 Dec 2027)

Mondays & Wednesday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Tuesday & Thursdays: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Fridays: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

All the working hours listed above include 1 hour lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public

holidays
