Tender Account Manager - Technical (up to $5,500 base + Incentives + Comm)

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable tenders and project opportunities through portals and industry contacts.
• Review specifications, contract terms and bid submission requirements.
• Prepare project costings and quotations for tender bids.
• Assemble accurate submissions that meet the tender requirements.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and compare their commercial value.
• Negotiate prices, scope and commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
• Coordinate bid clarifications, submissions and follow-up with internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years in tendering, project costing, quotations, contracts or commercial coordination; construction, M&E, ELV or AV experience is advantageous.
• Confidence with costing, quotation comparisons and negotiation, plus effective communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tender deadlines.
