Test Engineer

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month

• The role involves writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases.
• Able to leverage on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment
• Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
• Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders, and work on their resolution.
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
• Monitor and analyze Gen AI use cases to ensure performance, data quality and accuracy.
• Establish and refine scalable monitoring processes and key metrics to identify performance trends and potential issues proactively.
• Prepare clear reports, management dashboards and executive updates on Gen AI accuracy, performance, trends and insights for stakeholders and governance forums.
