Test Engineer (Banking / 12 month contract)

Salary: $4,000 – $5,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Write test cases, prepare and create test data, execute test cases, and perform retesting activities.
• Leverage in-house GenAI tools for test case creation and enrichment.
• Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given timeframe.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
• Report test results and defects to development teams and stakeholders, and work closely with them to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
• Monitor and analyze GenAI use cases to ensure performance, data quality, and accuracy.
• Establish and refine scalable monitoring processes and key metrics to proactively identify performance trends and potential issues.
• Prepare clear reports, management dashboards, and executive updates on GenAI accuracy, performance, trends, and insights for stakeholders and governance forums.
