Talent Acquisition Partner

Typical Accountabilities - Develop and manage AstraZeneca’s recruitment strategies, including advertising, employee referral programmes, online job boards, and recruitment collateral, ensuring consistent, high-quality, on-brand candidate and employer communications. - Act as a strategic advisor to key business stakeholders, shaping sourcing plans, understanding short- and medium-term talent demand, and translating this into practical hiring solutions and agreed, affordable budgets. - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and selection to offer management and onboarding—delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting diversity, graduate, and campus hiring initiatives in partnership with Talent & Strategic Workforce Planning teams. - Assess, implement, and optimize innovative sourcing channels, leveraging new tools and technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment efforts. - Analyse recruitment data and candidate feedback, measuring the success of sourcing channels and making recommendations to enhance business value and recruitment outcomes. - Provide coaching and consultancy to hiring managers and recruitment teams, facilitating knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and capability development across the organization. - Collaborate with other HR and employer brand teams to ensure effective alignment, support global talent acquisition strategy, and contribute to the development and execution of people and business development programmes. Qualifications and Skills Essential: Educated to degree level; experienced in implementing change programs. Desirable: Educated to Masters Level. Key Relationship to Reach Solutions Internal: SLT members; OE lead; Regional Training and Development colleagues; Outsourced Recruitment provision. External: Recruitment agencies; Preferred suppliers for training and capability development.
