At Grow Financial, we are at the forefront of financial innovation, dedicated to revolutionizing the banking experience for our members. Our journey began in 1955, born from a simple yet powerful idea in a humble broom closet at MacDill Air Force Base: to provide a trustworthy financial institution for military personnel and their families. This foundational commitment to service has blossomed into a technologically advanced credit union that relentlessly pursues progress. We are not just a financial institution; we are a hub of innovation, constantly seeking and implementing cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of our members in a digital-first world. Through strategic partnerships and a forward-thinking mindset, we are breaking down traditional banking barriers and pioneering a new era of financial empowerment. Our innovation focus is exemplified by our strategic adoption of advanced technologies to enhance member experience and operational efficiency. We have embraced the future of payments by partnering with industry leaders like Alacriti to launch a unified payments hub, offering instant payment capabilities through the RTP® network and FedNow® Service. This allows for real-time money movement, providing our members with immediate access to their funds. Furthermore, our collaboration with NCR to implement interactive teller (ITM) technology in our drive-throughs showcases our commitment to blending personal service with technological convenience. We are also leveraging sophisticated platforms like Baker Hill NextGen® to streamline our business lending processes, enabling faster and more accurate loan application processing. At Grow Financial, we are not just keeping pace with technological advancements; we are actively shaping the future of finance, ensuring our members, team members, and communities can thrive in an ever-changing landscape.
