Associate/Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing

Position Overview
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing supports the development and execution of enrollment marketing strategies and content for Butler’s undergraduate audiences. This position provides coordination and strategy for marketing initiatives related to new undergraduate models, undergraduate academic programs, and pre-college experiences, while supporting marketing efforts for the traditional residential undergraduate population.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enrollment marketing assets for undergraduate audiences, including print and digital publications, digital and web assets, feature-style stories and articles, recruitment videos and presentations, and email marketing campaigns.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of enrollment marketing efforts for Butler’s new undergraduate education models, including Founder’s College and Butler Overseas, with a primary focus on increasing awareness and early recruitment engagement with prospective students.
- Design and implement enrollment marketing strategy for Butler’s Pre-College Programs, with a focus on connecting these experiences to the prospective student journey.
- Work closely with University Marketing’s creative and web teams to plan, coordinate, and execute enrollment marketing projects, serving as a project manager to align goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Brand Strategy team on social media, storytelling, and Butler Mascot strategies for reaching prospective student audiences.
- Execute robust marketing campaigns through Technolutions Slate, Butler’s enrollment customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Ensure that enrollment marketing materials reflect and communicate the Butler brand and messaging and adheres to brand standards.
- Work closely with external vendors, including printers and enrollment marketing vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of marketing, project management, or communications coordination experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or related field
- Proven project management and organizational skills with experience balancing multiple projects and deadlines at one time
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a keen eye for details.
- Experience in developing and repurposing creative and compelling content for use in multiple platforms
- Experience executing marketing plans across multiple channels, including email, print, and web
- Demonstrated relationship management skills, including successfully resolving challenges and generating solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer relationship management (CRM) system such as Slate or Salesforce
- Prior admission/enrollment management experience
- Prior higher education marketing experience
- Experience in Wordpress
- Experience working in project management tools xperience in office suite, with an emphasis on excel.
