Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the district business operations including but not limited to safety, operations, revenue, costs, facilities, personnel, profitability through leadership, and management of all equipment.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

1. Uphold and enforce compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
2. Hire, supervise, and lead operations office staff.
3. Promote ethical behavior in all aspects of the business and lead by example.
4. Achieve financial and service quality goals of the district operations team.
5. Responsible for the personnel, activities, and well service to meet the customer’s needs.
6. Coordinate sales activities with operational activities within the district.
7. Monitor all aspects of business that have a financial impact on the district.
8. Promote and direct compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
9. Resolve conflicts or grievances between employees through the use of corrective or preventive actions.
10. Enhance operational methods and techniques.
11. Communicate effectively to all employees, customers, vendors, and members of the community.
12. Communicate verbally and in writing with proper use of language and grammar.
13. Ability to present job monthly and quarterly results clearly and professionally.
14. Basic to moderate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Supervisory Responsibilities: The Branch Manager is responsible for the supervision of all operations employees.
