Your Role
The Provider Data and Analytics team delivers reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data quality solutions that support Provider Operations and enterprise business partners. The Business Analyst Consultant will report to the Manager, Provider Data and Analytics.
In this role, you will partner with operational and business stakeholders to develop reporting, dashboards, and data solutions that drive performance improvement and informed decision-making. Leveraging SQL and other analytical tools, you will analyze complex provider data, validate data integrity, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support provider operations, regulatory requirements, and data quality initiatives.

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Provides highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross functional business operations
- Develops, prepares and analyzes reports with highly complex analyzes and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management
- Defines business requirements and provides analysis to increase operational efficiency
- May manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area
- Communicates and influence parties within and outside of the job function
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Deep understanding of SQL and the ability to write SQL to develop reports and dashboards
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data set
- Strong analytics skills, strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with creating dashboards and reports in Tableau is a plus
Hybrid
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
