Your Job:

The Cardiac Services Technologists Manager provides daily supervisory responsibilities for the Cath Lab and personnel assigned to the Cath Labs.

Primary responsibilities include scheduling of personnel (daily and on-call schedules), assure the coordination of daily work flow, implement processes to improve and facilitate efficient room turnover, facilitate patient transfers to the Cath Lab from the ER or other facilities, coordinate the assignment of inpatient beds for patients seen in the Cath and assures open and timely communication with physicians concerning procedure start times, anticipated delays, etc. Assists in the orientation and performance evaluation processes for employees in the Cath Lab. Assist with ongoing staff education and annual competencies.

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

• Completion and graduation from an accredited Radiology program

• Advanced Cardio Life Support

• Basic Life Support

• Licensed as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) and graduate from an accredited program

Methodist Celina Medical Center is located on a 40+ acre campus just off of Dallas Parkway, and will serve as the community’s first full-service hospital, serving Celina and surrounding communities. The four-story medical center will open with 51 beds, with plans for expansion, and will feature a range of services including cardiology, women’s services, orthopedics, robotic surgery, and more. The campus will also include a 40,000-square-foot medical office building.
