Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time

As a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sevita, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, connected lives at home and in their community. We're looking for people who are ready to build a career helping others.
Starting Pay: $19.65/hourHours: Full-timeLocation: Florissant, MO

What You'll Do
Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and budgeting
Help with meal preparation and personal care
Administer medications after completing required training and certification
Join individuals for community outings, appointments, and activities
Follow each person's support plan and keep accurate notes
Build trusting relationships and celebrate each person's progress
Requirements
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience
Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
Reliable, insured vehicle
Able to pass required background checks
Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in support services is a plus, but not required
