Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part-Time
A few shifts a week can change someone's life, and maybe yours too. As a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sevita, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain independence and confidence at home and in the community. It's an ideal fit if you're balancing school, family, or another job and want work that truly matters.
Starting Pay: $19.65/hour, On-Demand Pay Available Hours: Part-timeLocation: Washington, MO
Your Impact
Partner with each person to build everyday skills like cooking, money management, and self-care
Provide personal care and support with meals with dignity and respect
Give medications safely once you've completed certification
Get out into the community together for work, appointments, shopping, and fun
Document progress and follow individual support plans closely
Be a consistent, trusted presence the people you support look forward to seeing

You'll also need:
To be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or GED (or 5 years of documented caregiving experience)
A valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history, plus a reliable, insured vehicle
To pass required background checks
Experience in caregiving, as a CNA, or in behavioral or home health support is a bonus.
