$95,000 to $123,500 per year

Position Overview
We're looking for a Director of Business Development to build and lead the client-service function behind our parent-CNA workforce. You'll make sure the parent CNAs caring for our clients are recruited, supported, and compliant, starting with your own caseload and growing a team of Client Service Managers to extend that support across the organization. What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage parent CNAs for the clients on your assigned caseload
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions across your caseload
- Build, hire, and lead a team of Client Service Managers to carry out parent-CNA recruiting, onboarding, and management across additional caseloads
- Coordinate with clinical and nursing leadership on scheduling, staffing, and continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with onboarding, documentation, and payroll requirements for parent CNAs
- Support client intake and family communication as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and one-step TB test
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home health, home care, or healthcare staffing
- Recruiting, onboarding, or workforce management experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience, including building or growing a team
- Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and payroll compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills with families, caregivers, and clinical staff
- Experience with EMR software, preferably KanTime
