Field Marketing Manager, Dialed Health & Dialed Moods

Location: LA (in field) | Full-time | Reports to: Dr. of Host Operations | Compensation: 80k plus commission

The Role

This is a hands-on field role with three parts: retail accounts, event activations, and host recruiting and account management. You'll spend most of your week in LA: in stores, at run clubs, at activations, and meeting with potential new accounts and hosts.

I. Dialed Moods LA Account Merchandiser

• Find and pitch new retail accounts across LA: gyms, studios, juice bars, specialty grocers and wellness shops
• Secure opening orders and manage reorders with existing accounts
• Merchandise shelves and coolers, rotate stock, and place point-of-sale materials
• Run inventory checks and report weekly on visits, sell-through and new accounts

II. Lead Brand Ambassador

All Dialed Moods and Dialed Health brand ambassadors report directly to this role.

• Management: set expectations, give feedback, and track BA performance
• Recruiting: source, interview and hire brand ambassadors
• Training: onboard BAs on products, event procedures, ticket check-in, and how to pitch the app
• Scheduling: staff every demo, event and activation
• Find and lead demos, events and local fitness partnerships
• Own all run club activations and large activations, including Coachella, ACL and Live Nation

III. Host Recruiting & Account Manager

Recruit & Acquire Hosts

• Find and reach out to potential wellness hosts in LA and OC area. Emphasize large social wellness groups and run clubs.
• Build and manage an outreach pipeline. Target hosts who now run their communities through social media, Venmo or competing platforms
• Go to local fitness events, run clubs and wellness pop-ups to recruit hosts in person

Onboard & Migrate

• Work one-on-one with each host to move their full schedule onto the Dialed Health app: classes, clubs, private sessions and recurring events
• Walk hosts through every feature: event creation, ticketing, attendee management, analytics and direct messaging tools
• Make sure each host's existing customers move over smoothly, so they can find events, RSVP and pay without friction
• Own the first 30 days of every host relationship. Check in regularly, fix problems, and set each host up to succeed
