Job description

You will provide end-to-end support for government contracts, from pre-solicitation planning and proposals through negotiation, compliance, and closeout. You will manage contractual relationships, advise on obligations, develop pricing, and build compliance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cradle-to-grave government contract support
  • Negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier contractual relationships
  • Manage relationships with contracting officers and teaming-partner representatives
  • Provide contractual guidance for business obligations
  • Support and lead cost and price build-ups
  • Build, implement, and oversee compliance programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of government contracts experience
  • Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies
  • Experience managing FFP, T&M, CPFF, FAR-based, OTA, subcontract, software-license, and GSA-schedule contracts
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
