GTM Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own the strategy, systems, integrations, and data infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion. You will sit within the marketing team working with our SDR function, marketing operations, and content teams to augment our marketing with highly scalable automated outbound activities. Your role is measured in quantity of leads and quality of subsequent pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Use tools like Clay, Outreach, Apollo, Zapier and others to automate outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to augment and extend the efforts of our SDR team
- Use those same tools to identify and act upon web traffic, ad interactions, and third-party intent data to nurture leads into conversion; partner with performance marketing for tracking and ensure data integrity across the funnel
- Own the GTM marketing stack, including data integrity and integrations
- Build and maintain attribution models to track marketing performance across the funnel, from first touch to closed revenue
- Use Clay to build enrichment, scoring, and prospecting workflows
- Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and channel efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive GTM processes using Zapier, native APIs, or custom scripts; suggest new tools to add or replace to keep the marketing tech stack current
- Document processes and workflows
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or revenue operations, growth engineering, or a similar GTM systems role with evidence of pipeline growth success
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including custom fields, workflows, and data architecture
- Experience with Clay for data enrichment and outbound workflow automation
- Experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
- Familiarity with Zapier or similar iPaaS tools
- Ability to integrate AI tools into daily operations
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between systems
- Fluency with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to validate data and report on performance
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL and/or a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, etc.)
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and conversion tracking setup
- Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations beyond no-code tools
- Experience scaling a marketing tech stack at a high-growth startup
