Help remove the technology barriers that can stand between home-based care teams and their patients. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for Homecare Homebase clients, troubleshooting software issues and helping users get the most from the tools they rely on every day.
You'll work directly with customers by phone, email and live chat, partnering with teams across Homecare Homebase to resolve issues, identify trends and create an experience that allows clients to stay focused on delivering high-quality patient care.>>
