  • Manage compensation, recognition, and reward programs that reinforce a high-performance culture and support business objectives.
  • Promote manager ownership and accountability throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through development, engagement, and retention.
  • Foster positive employee relations and create an inclusive, productive work environment. Utilize employee feedback, surveys, and organizational assessments to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable solutions.
  • Provide leadership coaching and guidance to managers and leaders, helping navigate organizational challenges and drive effective change.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of impactful organizational change initiatives while balancing business needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and EEO practices.
  • Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to execute HR processes locally, including talent acquisition, payroll administration, leave management, disability administration, and other employee support programs.
  • Provide HR support across multiple distribution center locations, including regular partnership with leadership teams in Houston and Albuquerque, to ensure consistent application of HR strategies, policies, programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting frontline, hourly employees in a distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environment preferred.
