This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR People Partner- US- CFO Organization based in United States.
This role sits at the center of the employee experience, partnering closely with leaders and employees across Corporate Finance, Digital Technology, and Business Development. You will provide practical HR guidance on employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, talent processes, and organizational change. The position combines day-to-day HR partnership with opportunities to influence culture, engagement, and the way people initiatives are delivered locally. You will coach leaders through complex situations while ensuring decisions are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational priorities. The role also provides HR support to specialized development and leadership programs, requiring strong collaboration across HR teams. Accountabilities
- Partner with People Leaders and employees on local HR matters, providing practical guidance, coaching, and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach People Leaders through complex employee situations and help them leverage HR tools, standards, and processes to resolve issues effectively.
- Participate in local leadership teams as an HR representative, providing advice on people-related matters and supporting sound decision-making.
- Promote an inclusive, safe, and positive workplace culture by embedding organizational values into local HR initiatives.
- Represent the employee voice by sharing employee insights, trends, and people data with HR Business Partners and People Leaders.
- Guide employees toward appropriate self-service resources while helping them adapt to new HR processes and ways of working.
- Collaborate with local People Operations teams to resolve complex employee questions and cases requiring additional business or HR expertise.
- Serve as a local HR subject-matter expert for People Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence.
- Proactively manage employee relations matters, including grievances and sensitive employee cases, with the goal of resolving issues effectively and preventing unnecessary escalation.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on sensitive matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and analysis of employee-relations cases.
- Support labor relations, unions, works councils, and other locally relevant employee or regulatory matters when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, company policies, and HR standards while providing leaders with the guidance needed for effective decisions.
- Execute local workforce and talent initiatives established by HR leadership and contribute on-the-ground expertise to HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and processes across the talent lifecycle, including culture, engagement, development, and new HR process introductions.
- Provide local expertise and insight to HR decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and applicable compliance requirements.
- Provide HR support to relevant leadership and development programs, including FMP, OFLP, and DTDP.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with exposure to areas such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee development, performance management, or employee relations.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, government requirements, and HR regulations, with demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in workplace situations.
- Proven ability to coach and advise leaders on employee-related matters, including complex or sensitive situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent judgment, integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with a detail-oriented approach to HR processes and case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with employees, leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret employee insights and people data and use them to inform HR recommendations and actions.
- Strong interest in innovative HR solutions, process improvement, and evolving ways of delivering an effective employee experience.
- Ability to work effectively across HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, People Operations, and local leadership teams.
- Ability to work in the United States and comply with applicable employment requirements.
- Full-time position with a remote work arrangement.
- Primary locations available in Atlanta, Cambridge, and Schenectady.
- Base salary range of $92,900 to $154,700 annually, with the specific offer determined by factors including experience, education, skills, and work location.
- Geographic salary differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% may apply in certain locations.
