Human Resources Business Partner

Performs advanced work providing Human Resources services and support to employees, managers, and directors of assigned departments. This position serves as partner to Town departments in implementing and administering a wide range of HR programs, policies and procedures in the areas of, but not limited to: benefits and compensation communication, leave administration, employee relations and employee onboarding. The position also assists as needed with talent acquisition efforts. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
