THE TYPE OF INSIDE SALES & CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following

qualifications

• Previous sales experience with demonstrated success in follow-up, appointment setting, or closing
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Strong professional written communication
• Confidence discussing customer concerns and respectfully asking for the sale
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working within a CRM system
• Persistence, initiative, and accountability for results
• Collaborative attitude and team-oriented mindset

Home-service or tree-care industry experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn our services and become an expert in what we do is essential.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR INSIDE SALES & CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP SPECIALIST

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Jessup, Maryland. Team members work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, providing stability and work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

You'll start each day reviewing open proposals and identifying opportunities to reconnect with customers who have requested our services but haven't yet moved forward. You'll engage customers in thoughtful conversations, answer questions, address concerns, and help guide them toward confident buying decisions. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with our Sales Arborists regarding technical details, assist customers with approvals and next steps, reach out to past clients to uncover additional tree care opportunities, and keep detailed CRM records to ensure every interaction is documented and every opportunity is maximized. By collaborating closely with both the sales and office teams, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience while helping drive revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.
