Job description

This position is located at Departmental Offices, DAS Human Resources and CHCO. As a/an Management and Program Analyst (Data Analyst/Continuous Process Improvement), you will provide expert technical assistance to senior Department officials and Treasury bureaus and serve as a key resource for Department-level personnel management functions.

As a/an Management and Program Analyst (Data Analyst/Continuous Process Improvement), you will: Conceive, plan, and manage significant large-scale projects to develop and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of significant operating programs and in planning and implementing new and or improved methods of operation and management control. Analyze human capital data and management information requirements to develop reporting systems and other technology solutions, including system specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology. Work closely with management, internal and external technical experts, and colleagues to develop and implement strategies on complex human capital issues. Research and investigate new or improved business and management practices for application to Departmental programs or operations.

Requirements
