Partner Marketing Manager
Job description
Vistex is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help build the Vistex Partner Marketing Program from the ground up. This is a foundational role: you'll start as the primary liaison between our Partner Managers and the broader Vistex Marketing organization, ensuring partner marketing and event requests are clearly scoped, properly resourced, and delivered on time. As the program matures, this role is expected to grow in scope, ownership, and organizational responsibility — including greater input into program strategy, budget, and team coordination.
If you're energized by building something new, enjoy being the connective tissue between teams, and have a sharp eye for brand consistency, this is a great opportunity to shape a program from its earliest stages.
Purpose :
Serve as the marketing governance arm and point of contact between Partner Managers and Vistex Marketing teams — translating partner marketing and event requests into scoped, resourced plans the marketing team can deliver against, while ensuring everything partners publish about Vistex is accurate and on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake and triage process for all partner marketing requests.
- Coordinate across Content, Design, Web, Industry Campaigns, Industry/Solution Marketing, Events, and Regional teams to deliver against partner marketing commitments.
- Summarize context and purpose for each request, and run (or route to the appropriate reviewer) the brand/message review checkpoint before partner materials go live.
- Communicate lead times, status updates, and constraints clearly to Partner Managers and, as needed, directly to partners.
- Maintain a request tracking log and report on program performance and key metrics.
- Identify recurring patterns and exception requests, and flag them to Marketing leadership to inform future program investment and expansion.
What Success Looks Like
- Partners have realistic expectations, clear forward planning, and receive on-brand, on-message deliverables across joint initiatives.
- Predictable, on-time delivery against committed lead times.
- Zero brand/message incidents in partner-run campaigns.
- Clear, data-backed recommendations that inform ongoing evolution and investment in the partner marketing program.
Growth Trajectory
This role is designed to expand alongside the program. What begins as a coordination and liaison function will grow into one with increasing ownership over process design, cross-functional resourcing decisions, and program strategy as the partner marketing function matures.
The compensation for this position is $80k - $95k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus. Vistex provides highly competitive benefits including comprehensive healthcare plan, 401(k) and paid time off, including paid volunteerism days!
