Nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake, in the heart of downtown Austin is Hyatt Regency Austin – where caring for people to be their best is our purpose and the foundation of all that we do! We are in search of a talented and passionate General Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team!

The Preventative Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for overall care and maintenance in guest rooms and other guest-facing areas of the hotel. This role directly impacts the guest experience and can involve interaction with guests and/or internal colleagues and teams; strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with others are essential. While this is an entry level position, previous maintenance experience and/or hotel experience is preferred.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
