✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Recreational Manager at Columbus Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida✨
Columbus Youth Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for male youth up to age 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based sex offender services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

What you will do: You will work as a staff member of the Student Services Department team. Primarily responsible for providing daily recreational and leisure time that is physically challenging, educational, and constructive. The Recreation Manager reports to the Clinical Director.
To be considered, you should Process:
- Preferred BA/BS degree in physical education, leisure studies recreation, recreation therapy or equivalent with one year experience in group physical education, recreational programs or recreational therapy.
- Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture.
- Leadership ability is necessary to instill high-standard positive attitudes among staff and students.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening and TB Test.
