High-Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.
Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.
What you’ll do:
Identify, develop and close mid-market opportunities across the healthcare sector, driving new business, account expansion and long-term customer value
Compete to win, taking initiative to build and execute a pipeline strategy that consistently delivers against revenue targets
Develop a deep understanding of healthcare customers’ strategies, operating environments and regulatory challenges, aligning NAVEX solutions with their most important priorities and business outcomes
Lead discovery that uncovers customer needs, business impact, decision criteria and compelling reasons to act
Apply strong commercial judgment based on muti-stakeholder alignment to qualify, prioritize, and advance the opportunities most likely to convert
Create and lead pursuit plans across stakeholders, timelines, competitive dynamics, and deal risks
Take initiative to align internal teams around a cohesive deal strategy to maximize win probability
Lead strategic negotiations that balance value, timing, and successful long-term partnerships
Deliver accurate forecasts through rigorous qualification, disciplined deal inspection, and consistent CRM hygiene
What you’ll bring:
8+ years of quota-carrying B2B (business-to-business) sales experience targeting Enterprise organizations (6,000+ employee headcount)
5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience; or 3+ years of SaaS sales experience
Proven success selling into mid-market Healthcare organizations (1000-6000 employees)
A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota and winning complex, competitive sales opportunities
Competitive drive, a hunger to win and a self-starter mindset—you create opportunities, take initiative, and hold yourself accountable for results
Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills with a demonstrated hunter mindset, and the discipline and urgency to manage multiple concurrent, complex opportunities
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. Sandler, Challenger or Miller Heiman) and qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC
Executive presence and the ability to lead compelling discovery, product demonstrations, and value-based presentations
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Navigator)
Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX’s core values
Our side of the deal:
We’ll be clear, we’ll move fast, and we’ll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make—and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
