Senior Manager Clinical Laboratory - Clinical Laboratory at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The Senior Manager Clinical Laboratory is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, regulatory compliance, quality performance, financial stewardship, workforce management, policy oversight, and operational effectiveness of an acute care hospital laboratory. The Senior Manager develops, implements, and maintains departmental policies, procedures, and programs that support quality improvement, accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and employee safety.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California.
• 5 years of experience in all areas of the clinical laboratory (7 years preferred).
• 5 years of leadership or management experience (7 years preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
