Supervisory Production Manager
Job description
You will serve as a Supervisory Production Manager in the MRO Production Management of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
You will be responsible for the overall integration of the production effort including but not limited to, the overhaul/repair of aircraft, engines, components, accessories and support equipment.
You will manage a comprehensive, data-driven performance measurement framework to continually evaluate the status and progress of production-related activities for the assigned product.
You will provide direction to all program supervisors and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the product.
You will plan work to be accomplished based on priorities and coordinates shared capacity.
You will analyze production needs to develop requirements for product initiatives and planning.
You will provide input for production and production support related process improvements.
